Where Faith, Healing, and Community Meet
Rooted in Christ’s love, this is a place to feel seen and supported.

Welcome, I’m Glad You’re Here -

Faith is at the heart of everything I do, and it’s what led me to a life centered on serving others and building strong, supportive communities.

My journey has included many different roles over the years with each one helping shape my understanding of people and deepening my desire to create spaces where others feel seen, valued, and connected. During midlife I earned two master’s degrees: one in Mental Health Counseling and one at Seminary, which I now use to support individuals and communities in meaningful, faith-centered ways.

As a lifelong Midwest native, I’ve been blessed to serve two local churches both as an Associate Pastor and as a Deacon. In 2022, I co-founded Empowering Minds Together, a community based organization bringing a multidisciplinary group of providers together for education and retreat. We still collaborate with community partners to launch this annually within the Tri-State area. My first love is as the founder of this space, Living Waters Peace Center, in creating a place where people can gather, grow, and experience hope, healing, and peace.

My approach is faith-centered and grounded with theological insight.  My professional expertise holds training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), grief support, suicide bereavement, and spiritual direction.  I’m especially passionate about walking with individuals and families through life’s most difficult seasons, offering compassion, understanding, and a steady presence rooted in both faith, wisdom, and compassion.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, kayaking, attending music events, and traveling—especially to Michigan, which always feels like a place to rest and reset.

I’m so thankful you landed here. Whether you’re in a season of searching, healing, growth, or simply trying to take the next right step, you are welcome here. My hope is that you find this to be a space of peace, honesty, and connection—and that you feel reminded you don’t have to walk through life alone.

And as this prodigal daughter knows.....there is always a way home.
